The project is a redesign of the entrance group, the main public areas, meeting rooms, the director's office and the assembly hall. The design project was developed in 2010 together with the DIA studio.

Designed as a premium rental property, this panoramic apartment is anything but predictable. Located high within a 25-storey building, the interior was created to make the most of its exceptional views while offering future tenants something increasingly difficult to find in the luxury rental market - genuine character.
A luxury rental apartment does not have to be neutral or anonymous to appeal to premium tenants. In fact, a memorable interior can become one of the property's strongest commercial advantages. This luxury apartment interior design project was developed around flexibility, visual impact and a strong sense of identity, creating a home that feels distinctive from the moment you enter.

One of the key design decisions was the glass partition between the living area and a multifunctional room. On entering the apartment, the panoramic windows remain visible, preserving the sense of openness and creating an immediate wow effect. A solid wall would have interrupted the view and visually divided the space, while glass allows light and perspective to continue through the interior.
The room itself was intentionally designed without a single fixed purpose. It can function as a home office, a teenager's bedroom, a guest bedroom or even a private exercise space, depending on the lifestyle of the tenant. An antique-style mirror forms the main decorative feature and visually expands the room, while the flexible layout allows a bed, sofa or other furniture to be introduced without compromising the original interior concept. For a premium rental property, this level of flexibility significantly broadens the apartment's appeal.

This eclectic luxury apartment interior brings together elements that would not usually be expected in one space: rustic textures, Art Deco references, deep blue interiors, aged details, contemporary glass and reflective surfaces. It is precisely this contrast that gives the apartment its identity.
Results
Created for the premium rental market, the project demonstrates that investment property interior design does not need to be safe or predictable. Thoughtful design can create flexibility, increase visual impact and give a luxury rental property the character that makes potential tenants remember it long after a viewing.
